Neat queen room was large. I had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an air conditioning in the room.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

I was in transit and needed an overnight stay near teh Rome aiport - the location was very close; the price was very good. The main reason I took this hotel ove rteh others was that they offer a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back (it is ten minutes away). The owners, Frederico and Pio, are very friendly and wonderful guys! Rederico speaks excellent English and Pio speaks excellent French - of course both speak Italain!
Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise in the halls at bedtime when people entered the hotel to go to their rooms on the upper floors (sounds are amplified because of the tile floors, which reflect sound a lot). I think guests should be warned not to talk loudly after 10 pm in the common-entry area or in the staircases. I was on the first floor and it was really quite annoying.

Very nice family run hotel near Fumicino airport. Perfect place to stay if you have night between the flights, but also if you want to visit Fumicino itself and get some super tasty seafood at the beachside! Federiko was perfectly polite and friendly, gave us a lift and made very nice cappucino. Thanks for everything.

Enjoyed Fiumicino, the hotel was unique and intimate in the sports complex across the street. The location was perfectly comfortable and ideal, and we could reach Torre Niccolina by walking. Besides, it was just next door to restaurants, the Rome airport and a grocery store
The staff was not very friendly.

I thought Villa Rosita was well run; extremely clean; and comfortable. Frederico was helpful and I felt welcome. The shuttle was very convenient on my day of departure.

A really lovely stay of one night. Our favorite trendy boutique hotel in Fiumicino with helpful staff. - Perfectly comfortable and ideal location in a quiet residential alley, easy to get anywhere. - Just next door to a great restaurant and the airport of Rome.

The villa was really well presented, very clean, large comfortable room with good bathroom. The courtyard was very inviting with lovely garden, cute friendly cat. Everything was emaculate. Fredorico even made us coffee on our arrival which was greatly appreciated. One of the reasons we chose villa rosita was the shuttle service to and from Rome airport. We just called Frederico from the airport and he was there to pick us up within 15 minutes. He then took us to the airport the next day. This service was included in the price. We would definitely recommend the villa rosita to other travellers.
Everything was good.

What a sweet little place. Beautiful grounds and welcoming atmosphere. Quiet and Friendly. Fredrico was very accomadating and helpful. Loved the cat (Smichio). Very clean and well cared for. A little piece of paradise in a busy area.
The is nothing negative except the fact that I was given the wrong phone # and had to hired transportation to the Villa.

It was like a home away from home everything was set up beautifully and our host was most helpful especially helping with the lock on my case . Transport to the airport was great also.
The fact we only stayed one night
